A farm-grown work ethic paired with a passion for collaboration
Hard work has always been the backbone of my career. Growing up on a family farm, I learned the value of putting in long hours and doing whatever it took to get the job done. Creative roles often feel similar—long days, tough projects, and tasks you might not love but tackle anyway because they need to be done. For me, loving even 10% of my work is a win, and sharing that honesty in an interview once landed me a job—or so they told me.
I’m also my toughest critic. I often tell younger designers that you should never feel 100% satisfied with your work. There’s always room to grow, lessons to learn, and ways to make it better. Never settle—that’s how we keep improving, right?
So yes, I work hard, and I’ve been fortunate to win some creative awards. But what really sets me apart? I genuinely like people. I’m great at building relationships, easy to work with, and I earn clients’ trust by consistently exceeding expectations. With a mix of hard work, positive energy, and strong creative leadership, I turn complex challenges into impactful solutions—all while having fun and uplifting those around me.
